ONLINE COURSE CATALOG Our easy to use search features make finding the right courses and events easy. From the catalog you can view class details, register for instructor-led or e-learning courses, and download course details straight into Outlook.		ONLINE CALENDAR Our online calendar allows you to view your personal activity calendar, a district event calendar, and a calendar of events. You can also access your activity calendars through any iCal-enabled calendar such as Outlook, iCal, and Thunderbird.

PARTICIPANT PORTFOLIO All participants have a unique login ID to an online portfolio, allowing them to manage their learning plans, register for courses and events, manage their transcripts, request out-of-district credit and print their certificates.		TRANSCRIPTS Each particpant has direct access to their current and past class records and certificates of completion. Avatar PDMS also allows you to enforce the submission of a course evaluation prior to allowing the access to the certificate.

TRACK PROGRESS Learning plans can be prescribed to an individual or a group. Either way, participants can track progress toward their plans straight from their personal portfolio. It's the perfect way to align district goals with individual needs.		ONLINE COMMUNITY Set up public and private discussion groups with the Avatar Forums ad-on for Avatar Pro. Used in conjunction with learning plans and groups, Avatar Forums encourages sharing via a virtual professional learning community.

BUILT-IN REPORTING Use our set of built-in reports for reporting to the state, providing NCLB statistics, evaluating program surveys, and tracking participant progress and assessement data. All of our built-in reports are fully editable using the report builder.		ADVANCED REPORTING Avatar PDMS allows you to run a set of built-in reports as well as design your own using our report-builder. Once you've generated the report you need, you have the option of exporting in the data in any number of formats including Excel, PDF, HTML, and XML.
